EV Wind Power is a part of  EVVillagetm,  a Bran-Rae, Inc. company. EV Wind Power was created by Robert McDowell, Founder and President of Operation Christmas...for children of fallen troops. OEC provides children of Fallen US Troops with Christmas Gift Cards during the Holiday Season and sends the kids on a VIP Vacation to Orlando Florida.

McDowell also produced 'A lil heroes Christmas' CD featuring Children of the fallen recorded in studios across the country. The CD hit #8 on Billboard magazines charts and was featured on NBC's the Today Show.

McDowell has met the President of the United States along with actor Gary Sinese in the Whitehouse. McDowell has also met Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith in Hollywood, Larry Izzo and Tom Brady in Boston among others.
